Founded by Sika Twum, an accomplished human capital strategist and international systems development practitioner, SESG (formerly Self Search Ghana) is built on over two decades of excellence in education, psychology, and leadership development. From its early beginnings, the organisation has remained committed to one core mission: helping individuals and institutions unlock their highest potential.
As Founder of Self Search Ghana, Sika led initiatives that delivered Guidance and Counselling services to over 40,000 Senior High School students across 10 regions in Ghana empowering young people with clarity, confidence, and direction for the future.

To transform the lives of Ghanaian pre-teens (ages 12–14) through experiential learning, digital empowerment, and Afrocentric values that nurture self-awareness, character, and purpose-driven career direction.

At the heart of SESG Human Capital’s programs is the belief that true student success begins from within. SESG recognizes that many students enter university clouded by self-doubt, unhealthy comparison, and a lack of direction, and that these internal barriers are just as significant as any external challenge.
